Series: Generative AI Online Pro-D for New Faculty
Event Date & Time
Event Description
Online
These sixty minute, weekly sessions – facilitated by Technologists and Pedagogy Experts from the CTLT – are designed for faculty and staff at UBC who are using, or thinking about using, Generative AI tools as part of their teaching, researching, or daily work.
Each session is broken into 3 parts. First, a weekly insights presentation which will talk about what is new in the GenAI space this week, either from projects across the University or the industry as a whole. Second, a tool-of-the-week demonstration which highlights how faculty or staff can leverage different tools within the GenAI ecosystem. And third, an open/office hours question and answer session.
If you have developed a GenAI based tool or methodology and wish to present, please get in touch!
