The rapidly-growing field of 3D virtual objects and interactions are a valuable resource for post-secondary education, providing students the opportunity to experience new objects and environments. As a supplement to lab courses, instructors can provide students with wider access to materials, benefiting a range of learners with different needs. The interactive nature of virtual objects allows students to develop an experience with objects and environments, which leads to a more meaningful understanding of spatial relationships.
