Series: CTLT Institute
Event Date & Time
Event Description
Effective Teaching Assistants (TA) can save faculty time and headache, which allows you to focus on your ‘teaching’; furthermore, they play a significant role in students’ learning. As instructors, there are several things we can do to ensure that our TAs work effectively and efficiently. This requires our support and guidance. In this session, we will explore what instructors and students expect from their TAs, key elements of the TA contract, and how we can enhance the teaching and learning experiences of our TAs.
