Series: Pro-D for Graduate Students
Event Date & Time
Event Description
TAs are at risk of experiencing stress because of their positionality and their dual role to support undergraduate students and to carry out their own academic responsibilities. Professional development for TAs often doesn’t emphasize TA wellness. As our first step to address this, we are creating a place for TAs to develop strategies to thrive.
In recognition of the contributions that UBC TAs make to the teaching and learning community, in this session attendees will receive small prizes to help them thrive.
