Event Description

This event has been postponed.

Registration for the Spring 2020 T-BLE session will begin on January 20th, 2020.

T-BLE is a 4-week immersive blended course aimed at instructors who are already teaching in the classroom and are considering moving to a blended environment. Participants will have an orientation to blended learning, a chance to gain authentic experience within a blended learning format, as well as an opportunity to redesign a module from a current course, while collaborating with and learning from others.

We have recently revised T-BLE to update course materials and to include more emphasis on examples and approaches to blended learning at UBC.

What’s in it for me?

  • An orientation to blended learning and its potential impact on your practice.
  • An opportunity to redesign a module from a current course for a blended learning environment with support and input from your colleagues and course facilitators.
  • A chance to collaborate with and learn from others in different disciplines.
  • An opportunity to gain an authentic experience with the blended learning environment.
