Event Description

This is a multi-access event.

Are you interested in learning about partnerships between undergraduate students, faculty, and staff to enhance teaching and learning? Did you know that UBC provides funding through the Students as Partners (SaP) in Course Design Grants to support undergraduate students working in partnerships with faculty to redesign UBCV undergraduate courses?

Join us for the inaugural Students as Partners Forum, where you’ll learn about the SaP in Course Design Grants; the theory and practice of partnership at UBCV; and have the opportunity to connect with individuals interested in SaP. Hosted by the UBC Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology (CTLT), this full-day in-person and online event is open to members of the UBC community and will include: presentations by UBCV funded SaP projects; a panel presentation by international scholars engaged in the theory and practice of partnership; and workshops on disseminating SaP work and navigating power dynamics.
