Are you considering teaching in the Canvas environment or looking to freshen-up your Canvas course? Perhaps you need to migrate a Connect course to Canvas, learn about library course reserves, troubleshoot technical challenges, create and share course materials with students, and/or develop an accessible course syllabi!! Please drop in at your convenience to the all-day Canvas Summer Camp – All-Day Open Studio. The Open Studio will be available all day from 8:45am-4pm for you to work 1:1 with Canvas experts from around the campus, who can answer all your questions. Stay for as long or as little as you like! Be prepared to dig into the tools and your course and leave with a clear vision of how you can use Canvas to enhance your teaching practice and workplace!  A good first step prior to attending the Open Studio is to self-enrol in the self-paced Canvas 101.

There will also be 5×30 mins Quick Tips sessions:

• Canvas ePortfolios and the Reflection Cycle 9:45-10:15am
• Creating Awesome Modules 10:30-11:00am
• Library Course Reserves 11:00-11:30am
• Create a Weighted Gradebook 11:30am-12:00pm
• Grading Made Easy with SpeedGrader Annotation Tool 1:30-2:00pm

• A light lunch will be served between 12-1pm
