Classroom Climate Series

Classroom Climate Series workshops are hosted once a month throughout Winter Terms 1 and 2. They are facilitated by II team members as well as faculty and staff across the university who share about initiatives/projects they are leading and how their learnings can support others. The workshops are often geared towards supporting learners near the beginning of their learning journey; however, everyone involved in teaching and learning at UBC is welcome, especially those interested in weaving in Indigenous content, methodologies and perspectives in a good way into courses and classrooms. And most importantly, this programming supports creating a supportive and welcoming learning environments for students, particularly Indigenous students. Mark your calendars for upcoming sessions!
