Trauma-Sensitive Classrooms

Do you want to create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment? This 3-part workshop series equips educators with tools to understand the impact of trauma on learning and develop strategies for a compassionate classroom. We encourage you to participate in all three sessions, which are designed to build on one another. If you are unable to participate in all sessions, you can register for each session individually, and we ask you to familiarize yourself with the basic concepts covered in the previous sessions.

In these interactive sessions, you will:

  • Explore your role in balancing care with healthy boundaries.
  • Gain practical strategies to build an inclusive, supportive classroom.
