Teaching Dossier

The Teaching Dossier Series provides an opportunity to learn about and develop two key areas of your dossier: the Teaching Philosophy Statement (TPS) and your evidence of teaching effectiveness. Across four sessions, you’ll explore what makes these sections strong, practice reflective activities to clarify your teaching approaches, and take time to draft or refine your own materials.

The series balances big-picture guidance with hands-on work: the first session in each area introduces core purposes, common components, and examples, while the second offers structured time for drafting/writing and peer feedback.Whether you are just getting started with these sections of your teaching dossier, or looking to strengthen existing materials, these sessions provide structure, examples, and space to move your dossier forward.
