Peer review of teaching provides an opportunity for meaningful conversations about teaching and student learning, as well as mutual learning among colleagues.
In this experiential session, you will draw on your own teaching experiences as you practice core peer review skills and explore a process that emphasizes collaboration, trust, and mutual growth. We will look at approaches that work for in-person and online teaching.
Whether you are reviewing, being reviewed, or both, this workshop offers a supportive space to practice skills, share insights, and deepen your understanding of effective formative peer review.
This workshop is open to all instructors. Instructors may include faculty members (sessional instructors, lecturers, research or educational leadership faculty, clinical instructors), post-doctoral fellows, or graduate students involved in the formative peer review process.
