Project evaluation is not only a required component of the reporting process for TLEF projects, but helps you (and the project team) understand what is and isn’t working with regard to your project goals and which areas may need more attention. Ongoing and iterative evaluation will help you to improve project design and implementation, make informed decisions, identify ways to sustain your project after the TLEF period, and ultimately reach your intended goals.
As part of this workshop, we will help you to scope your evaluation questions into a manageable evaluation plan, identify strategies (e.g., commonly used data collection methods), share resources, and discuss common challenges of evaluation.
If you have other people on your team who are supporting the evaluation work in your project, including Undergraduate/Graduate Assistants, please extend this invitation to them.
