Generative AI is changing how students approach learning, offering new possibilities for engagement, creativity, and skill development. This session focuses on designing learning activities that intentionally incorporate generative AI in ways that align with effective teaching practices.
Participants will explore examples of AI-integrated activities across different disciplines and consider how these approaches can support course objectives. We will use the SAMR model to examine the different roles AI can play in learning tasks, from enhancing existing activities to enabling new forms of student work.
