Hi Everyone,

 You voted in the survey, and we listened!  The next topic for the Managing@UBC Community of Practice is:

 Providing Effective Feedback And Developing Your Team Members

Do you ever feel like your 1:1s with your team are a waste of time?  Do you struggle with providing effective feedback to your team? Do you feel like you could be helping your team members grow professionally, but aren’t sure how best to do so?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should be at the next community of practice event.  Please come prepared to participate in discussions and experiential activities around holding positive, effective 1:1s that are beneficial to both you and your team, as well as, various ways that are available to help your team members grow professionally.
