    10:00 am - 11:30 am

Event Description

We invite faculty members who would like to study their feedback-giving practices to join us for this collaborative session.

 We will talk about evaluating:

  • Student perceptions
  • Students’ use of feedback
  • Impact on learning

We will discuss different types of feedback, such as oral feedback, written feedback on student assignments, feedback on quizzes and exams, office hours, and peer feedback.

Notably, the session focuses on evaluating feedback and its outcomes, and not on design principles for effective feedback.

Please join us. Registration is required.

Facilitators:

  • Ido Roll, Senior Manager, Research and Evaluation; Director, Institute for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology
