Open practices are enabling faculty to open their classrooms, incorporate new resources and perspectives in their learning environments, and to contribute to their students’ learning beyond the classroom. The Open for Learning series explores the necessary ingredients for authentic learning activities as well as different approaches to effectively re-using, contextualizing and creating openly-licensed educational resources. The series will include hands-on-workshops, seminars with practitioners and events that bring together the community to explore and discuss open learning.

Beginning in September, CTLT and Faculty support units will be hosting a series of drop-in sessions to help applicants in the development of their Open Educational Resource (OER) Fund project proposals.
