Open Education

Open practices enable faculty to open their classrooms, incorporate new resources and perspectives in their learning environments, and contribute to students’ learning beyond the classroom. The Open Education series explores the necessary ingredients for authentic learning activities as well as different approaches to effectively re-using, contextualizing and creating openly-licensed educational resources. The series will include hands-on workshops, seminars with practitioners, and events that bring together the community to explore and discuss open learning. For more info visit https://open.ubc.ca
