To support your transition to UBC, we are pleased to invite you to attend a University-Wide Orientation. Jointly presented by the Department of Human Resources and the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology (CTLT), this half-day event is designed to help you to:

• Understand UBC's mission, organizational structure and current initiatives
• Hear first-hand from colleagues on how to have a successful transition and first year
• Connect with peers and colleagues who are also new to UBC
• Navigate effectively through UBC’s resources and services
• Identify opportunities to collaborate on teaching and research projects
