This seminar will help participants develop the skills necessary to work successfully in groups, resolving issues that often arise around team functioning. Beginning with an understanding of how people differ in their thinking styles, and the stages a team goes through as it develops, the seminar moves through modules dealing with the roles and behaviours of team members, and approaches to managing and being managed, and introduces skills in problem-solving, handling conflict, and giving and receiving critical feedback. Lunch is included.
