In this hands-on workshop, you will gain a basic understanding of WebCT Vista's tools and components. You will experience an online course as a student and as an instructor/designer. This session is an important prerequisite to more advanced Vista sessions and will cover the fundamentals needed to get you started!

Facilitator: Lucas Wright

Lucas previously worked with the Teacher Education Office at the University, training and supporting faculty and teacher candidates in developing ePortfolios using the WordPress platform since 2007. He joined CTLT in 2010, where he assists and supports faculty and staff with the implementation of technology to support their teaching and learning.

 

Facilitator: Zack Lee

Zack supports the development of resources for the programs and services at CTLT, focusing on information design and architecture. He is interested in the intersection of individual participation, new forms of expression and technology.
