The Advisors Luncheon is an opportunity to get together with other advisors from across campus and people involved in distance education. We’d like to continue the dialogue about how to best support students who enroll in distance courses.

Two distance education instructors will speak at the event and offer a first-hand look at how they support students in their courses. We will also provide an update on distance education over the last year, inform you about the student support infrastructure that is in place for distance courses, and share some annual statistics (including student success rates, demographic information, and program specific information). As always, please bring any questions that you might have about distance education to the event.

Lunch is provided. Please note this event is only for UBC Advisors.
