Welcome to Canvas! This introductory Canvas Virtual Series is designed to acquaint all new users with the Canvas Learning Management System and how it can enhance teaching and learning. In this online session, you’ll discover how much easier creating and grading assignments can be in Canvas. We’ll take a closer look at some tools in Canvas that will make you say, “I can’t wait to start grading.” We will explore creating assignments and assignment groups, submission types, peer reviews, adding rubrics, and SpeedGrader. You’ll learn tips and tricks on making assignments and grading easier than ever. NOTE: Participants in this workshop should already be familiar with the features and functionality of Canvas by completing the Intro to Canvas Basics workshop. A link to the online session will be sent to participants a few days before the session.
